Farmers Resource Co, one of California’s Central Valley premier agriculture consulting company, is seeking several full-time Field Technicians for a short-term project. Farmers Resource Co. team members are focused on building positive, long-term business relationships with customers by providing successful business and crop solutions to our customers. This position will work on data collection during the months of October and November. No experience needed. Training will be provided. This role is temporary, but may turn into full-time work at the end depending on future projects in the pipeline. What You’ll Do: • Project preparation and equipment maintenance • Record test data ensuring complete and accurate information • Demonstrate tools and equipment for customers in a knowledgeable manner • Maintain a safe, clean, neat and orderly work environment What It Takes: • High School Diploma preferred, no experience necessary • Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong initiative • Ability to work well within a team and function successfully in a fast-paced environment • Transferable skills (laborer in other industries). • Ability to work extended hours during the week and on weekends if needed What You’ll Get • Job related training and development • The opportunity to grow your income and network • The chance to work for an ethical, customer focused business that you will feel awesome to be a part of.
