Louis A. Fierro Jr Masonry is looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team. There is no experience needed for this position. We are willing and excited to train you. We do small to medium construction projects in both residential and commercial settings in northern New Jersey. Pay: $15 - $25 per hour, based on prior experience Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM EST, Monday through Saturday Qualifications: • Looking for full-time employment • High school or equivalent (Preferred) • Must have reliable transportation to and from job • Must be willing to be subject to a background check and drug test What You Will Be Doing: • Ensuring that surfaces are prepared before beginning work • Assisting with the preparation of concrete and mortar • Helping lay stones, bricks, blocks, and several other materials to form structures • Ensuring that the laying of blocks or bricks conforms to blueprints, plans, or drawings • Molding expansion joints and edges with the use of the necessary tools such as edging tools, jointers, and straightedge • Cutting bricks that are needed for corners, arches, and complex patterns • Ensuring that the required tools for a job or project are ready and well-kept after the job Who You Are: • A hardworking, timely, reliable individual • Requires minimal supervision and has a strong work ethic • Willing and excited to learn the masonry trade If you'd like to see our portfolio of work or reviews on our company please visit the following resources:
