Would anyone be able to recommend someone for computer house-calls, preferably inexpensively? I have an elderly relative in assisted living (Woodland Hills, 91364) who needs some possible repair or little tutorials with his laptop. This really isn't a function of his age - he was always like this. He was working up until recently, used email, but resisted learning anything more. He'd had an office assistant who took care of nuisances like computer issues, so he would just gripe rather than learn how to use it capably. Does anyone know a computer tech to recommend, not too expensive, who might make house-calls? I was thinking that even an older college student might be fine. Not Geek Squad. Thanks for any ideas. San Fernando is the best area for this post, right?
