JOB DESCRIPTION: Construction Site Foreman OUR COMPANY: Our Company has a great team of construction professionals that are dedicated to building the best new homes for our community, with integrity, innovation and quality. Our core markets include small lot subdivisions, commercial developments, mixed use and multifamily. POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Construction foreman for several projects from ground up projects. As a foreman your primary responsibility will be to manage, in collaboration with the Project Manager, the successful completion of assigned projects. The foreman is the lead for job site safety, quality control, and project schedule and is the liaison for all subcontractors and consultants on all field and constructability issues. This position reports to the Project Executive and Developer. Minium 10 year plus experience. Must speak Spanish Must be able to read plans and specifications.
