Full Job Description WE ARE IMUA (Amazon Delivery Partner)! IMUA Express is hiring Delivery Drivers! IMUA in Hawaiian means to “move forward, straight ahead with conviction”. Delivery drivers strive to get every order to the customer's door safely. You will be driving a safe, comfortable van while using the latest technology to locate and deliver packages. Compensation & Benefits: $18.75-$28.13 / Hour (with milestone raises), Weekly Bonuses (for qualifying drivers), Paid Training, Paid Overtime, Health Insurance and Benefits, and Paid Time Off. Qualifications Must be 21 years old with a valid driver’s license Must have reliable transportation to station (Vista CA) Clean driving record Able to lift up to 50 pounds upstairs Operate a large cargo van Pass a pre-employment drug test (does NOT test for THC) Essential duties and Responsibilities: Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle. Be comfortable using apps and handheld device for routing delivery information. Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area. Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load the van accurately and safely for deliveries. No delivery experience required, but it’s definitely welcome. Deliver packages to customers residences or businesses. Able to finish their own route on time. Rescue other drivers when needed. Perform all duties to department standard and/or as directed by leadership. Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
