Handyman responsibilities include: -Dry wall Repair -Must Have Transportation -Must have tools -Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs -Regularly perform various landscaping tasks -Fill gaps and provide painting services -Perform lightning installation and carpeting -Repair equipment and various machines and appliances -Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work -Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed Requirements and skills -Proven experience as handyman -Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment -Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, & Painting -Trustworthy, reliable, consistent, and efficient! -Good communication ability -Great when it comes to communication -Attention to detail Jobs are advertised, marketed, & Paid by me!
