Handyman needed

Seeking a handyman that can do general maintenance on approximately 35 single family rental properties on the south side of Chicago and south suburbs. Duties will include light electrical and plumbing. Some carpentry, painting, etc. This opportunity is part time and will likely not require more than 15 hours per week. You will be paid for 15 hours each week even if you work less than that. If more hours are worked in a given week, compensation above 15 hours will be paid. Schedule is somewhat flexible. You can coordinate directly with tenants to schedule time to do work at the property.
