Too Much Education (TME) is looking for a very part time bass player to assist in mainly recording effort and a very rare (2-3 time per year) gigs. We've been around for a long time, producing an album about every 10 years. I guess the best way to describe our music is cartoon rock. We pretty much like making fun of everything ranging from bad beers to morons behind the sound board. Nothing is scared or PC in our world. We have plenty of equipment for recording/playing so rehearsals/recording are pretty simple. Just show up, eat some good food, have a beer or two, talk trash, and play some. With regard to musical tastes, we pretty much like everything that isn't pop. From Johnny Cash to Zappa, from the Dead Boys to Devo to Tommy Keene. We also like to DJ on occasion playing as much vinyl as we can get our hands in. Here's some links to our stuff.
