Possible One Day Job [on a sunny day] for some Painting Touch-ups and Landscaping. You must have Tall Ladder, Weed-Eater, Hedge Clipper and Garden Tools. I supply whatever is needed for painting, staining, patching/touch-ups. This is the To-Do List for my two story house: 1) Bushes and shrubs in front to be trimmed way down again for another year; 2) Gutters to be cleaned with pine needles placed around front shrubs and bushes; 3) Branches extending beyond tree line around the perimeter of the lot to be cut; 4) General sweep of inside main front window in the house as that needs a ladder; 5) Weed eater around the perimeter of the house + uproot lingering weeds, grass etc.; 6) Roof shingles inspect: replace/repair and paint on the chimney woodpecker damage; 7) Paint touch-up for red front door and inside main front window above front door; 8) Re-stain any areas of back deck which faded due to rain and re-nail where needed; 9) Paint [and patch] exterior rot spots by the front door and the doors on the back deck; 10) Inspect and fill areas below large window above front door and the side for cracks.
