Hello my name is Josie and I am a personal fitness instructor. I help people not only lose weight, but adopt healthier habits to keep the weight off after achieving an ideal body that my clients have reached in their body goals. I offer a tryout session for $20, this includes me training you for one session and giving you information on a plan I would choose for you that is a type of workout we would start off with in the beginning of your fitness journey, plus a food guide that will jump start your metabolism. No starvation or food deprivation. If you decide to try my monthly plan this would also include secrets of mine I've used for my weight loss after having 3 children. Let's talk some more.
