IN-HOME CAREGIVER PART-TIME HOURS Starting Pay: $16/hour We are seeking a one-on-one caregiver for a 38 year old male in a private home in the Kenny Neighborhood of Minneapolis near major bus routes. Client is medically, physically and intellectually compromised, but enjoys leaving the house for activities. Caregiver will assist with personal cares (including bathroom cares), light housekeeping, various appointments and social/enrichment activities at home and throughout the Twin Cities. A wheelchair accessible van is provided for these activities, and the cost of your admission to movies, Lynx games, etc. is borne by the employer. Your commitment would be roughly 16 -30 hours/week, with somewhat flexible hours. Preference will be given to applicants who are willing to work some weekend hours. We will discuss your preferences and limitations during the interview. If you are a good fit, I will structure a schedule that fits your needs. You are able to sleep during overnight hours, with some interruption. The work environment is pleasant, and the employer is very kind. Most of the other staff members have been employed with the client for several years. Healthy meals are provided.
