SEEKING RENTAL MAINTENANCE SERVICERS TO JOIN OUR GROWNING TREAM Seeking Experienced Residential Service Providers in the Pittsburg & Pennsylvania area and adjacent suburbs to complete inspections, major and minor maintenance repairs on occupied and vacant properties and tenant occupied homes. Scope of Services: 1. 24/7 On Call Service 2. Property Condition Inspection 3. Rental Maintenance which includes but not limited to: • Visit a tenant occupied property to write up/reports damage reports per work order instructions. • Tenant turns/Make readies. (Definition: Rehab units for new tenants per scope provided) • Appliance installation (includes microwave hoods, refrigerator, stoves, and dishwashers.) • HVAC repairs and replacement (Furnaces, air conditioning units, duct, thermostats, etc.) • Fence/gate replacement and repairs (wood, chain link, vinyl, rod iron, etc.) • Repair/replace exterior/interior doors and hardware. • Replacement of plumbing fixtures, P-Traps, faucets, garbage disposals, water supply lines, hot heaters, exterior hose bibb faucets, etc. • Drywall installation & paint finishes. • Floor replacement including but not limited to vinyl plank, hardwood, carpet, and tile. • Minor electrical repairs, including but not limited to changing fixtures, exhaust fans, switches/outlets, etc. • Roof replacement and repairs. • Pest control service (rodents, bees/wasp/crickets, insects, etc.) • Trash outs • Landscaping service, tree removal, lawn care, shrub trimming, etc. • Porch & patio replacement & repairs (Include: treated wood, rod iron, etc.) • And more…. Must provide the following: 1. Exceptional time management skills must arrive to a property between the scheduled hours throughout the day. 2. Excellent customer service skills. 3. Always display a professional mannerism. Must be presentable wearing company name tag, shirts, jacket/sweatshirt etc. while meeting a client/tenant. 4. Availability to travel as needed and complete emergency service calls. 5. Resourceful at finding solutions/ problem solving. 6. Reliable transportation. 7.
