Guitar Player Wanted for Shoegaze Band

Hello! Not in a desperate situation to start this immediately, just seeing what is out there, if anything. Interested in making a large sounding band with some dynamics. Two guitars, bass, drums. I can sing well enough. I'm probably going to be picky about whomever plays guitar. Really interested in folks who play with restraint. Probably going to be a lot of delay, reverb and chorus on top of tone. This would be a bad time for anyone who wants to be out in front and wants to shred. Not going to work out that way. I'm focusing on smaller but powerful gear. Class D power. Solid state amps. No looking for anyone who needs a half stack in order to play guitar. We have a practice space. We plan to play shows in the future. Mostly DIY mentality. LGBTQ+, femmes to the front, POC to the front. No ageism but we are around 37-38. Doesn't matter as long as you are mature and responsible. Pretty regular band etiquette: practice once per week, please make it to the practice space without hassle, shows will be inquired about with everyone's approval but we are not looking strictly for paying gigs so houses and low paying shows will be played. Everyone needs to practice and to get established. Please be vaccinated for group safety. I have poorly recorded demos I can share if wanted. Thanks!
