I am looking to hire someone to maintain my yard, plants beds, etc. Every other week (this is negotiable), weed beds, mow (prefer lawn clippings to be bagged but not required), edge/trim, blow clippings/leaves and simple maintenance of plants in plant beds, For example there is an esperanza that needs to be cleaned up around the base of the plant. In addition maintain grass with the necessary fertilizer/weed killer. Pay a monthly or bi-weekly fee that covers all the services listed.
Spring and/or fall yard clean-up (cut required plants to the ground). Separate fee.
Add mulch to beds as needed in the spring. Separate fee.
Complete simple odd jobs as needed (not required). Separate fee.
Looking to establish a good working relationship. Currently I have arthritis and not able to do all that I want/need to do outside.
