Two positions available or possibility to combine:
1 - Leasing manager Fri/Sat/Sun 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Flexibility to occasionally cover other shifts preferred but not required. Show units/process new rental contracts/Collect and record rent payments, payment reminder calls, etc. $14/hour. Strong computer skills. Will train on property management software.
2 - Maintenance - 12 hours/week, 3 4 hour shifts. Clean units, hallways, grounds. Light repairs. Some gardening work. $14/hour.
I-9 and background check. Paid holiday and PTO benefit pro rated to work schedule.
