We have now brought to the Redlands Animal Shelter.Found male black and white dog with no tags. We think he's a border collie/husky mix and he's not chipped or neutered. He was found running around 12th and oak street in phoenix sunday 8/21 at around 2pm. He's very timid but energetic, most likely still a puppy.
