Republicans will take over the Congress because Democrats have morphed into something no JFK Democrat would recognize. Joe will be impeached on day one in January's new Congress. There will probably be plenty of Democrat baby killers voting in their home districts but their votes won't matter in crucial swing districts where Independents will decide who wins.
