Gather in joy and creativity with others to build a cornucopia of beautiful herbal gifts for yourself. We will observe and celebrate the seasonal shift to fall by engaging in: plant connection & communicationcrafting & creating with herbslovely atumnal rituals for self support & care All in a small group setting guided by Community Herbalist, Erin Harwood. She enjoys supporting others in connecting with the world and land around them through plants. You will have the opportunity to learn about a variety of herbs by working directly with them via touch and smell. As well as creating herbal preparations for self care & self support through fall and beyond. All supplies & ingredients provided - just bring yourself! You will leave with: information on benefits of herbs recipes & inspiration for herbs and their usesconnection to herb plants easily grown & foraged in SW WAa few herbal items hand crafted by youHerbs we will focus on include those easily grown & foraged in SW WA, such as yarrow, calendula, bee balm, marshmallow, anise hyssop, chamomiles, and many more! This is part one of a four part series that will provide space to connect with herbs and the gifts they have to offer us. Take the entire series, or one class. Each class will focus on different herbs & crafting a variety of herbal goodies.
