Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated@ Psi Eta Omega Chapter cordially invites you and your chapter members to the 10" Sisterhood Luncheon. The purpose of the Sisterhood Luncheon has always been to create an environment of sisterliness, cohesiveness, and unity among each sorority. It is also an opportunity for each chapter to share their chapter's upcoming programs and events. The featured organization this year will be Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated@ with keynote speaker, Assistant Superintendent, Marion City Schools, Olympia Della Flora, with a theme of "Stepping into A.C.T.I.O.N.: Affecting our Communities Through Innovation and Networking" The Sisterhood Luncheon will take place on Sunday, October 16, 2022, from 12:00pm -2:00pm, Blacklick Golf Course Lodge, 7309 E. Livingston Ave. Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068. The price of the luncheon will be $40.00. This event is only open to Sororities of the Divine 9 organizations. Since Service" is one of the basic principles that has remained unchanged since the sorority's inception this year Psi Eta Omega will be donating to the YWCA of Columbus. YWCA of Columbus` mission is "to eliminate racism, empower women, and promote peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all", which aligns with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated@ 2022-2026 program initiatives, Empower Our Families, Uplift Our Local Community, Advocate for Social Justice and Strengthen Our Sisterhood. If you feel encouraged to also donate toward the YWCA of Columbus, please bring one of the following items with you to the luncheon; hair care products for African Americans, combs, brushes, scarves, lotion, soap, diapers, feminine products, toothbrushes and/or toothpaste. Please also be advised that we are gently requiring everyone planning to attend the luncheon, to please show proof of full vaccination upon entry to the luncheon and wearing a mask is optional.
