Drive-Thru this Sunday to make a contactless food donation to help feed thousands of Hampton Roads individuals and families facing hunger. We invite you to participate this weekend for theDrive-Thru Hampton Roads Food Drive 2021Event Hosted By: Chino Rivera and Alisa RogneEvent Location Hosted By: O’Connor Brewery Co.(Norfolk, VA)Event Donation Dropoff Address: 211 W 24th St, Norfolk, VA 23517Event Date and Time: Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.On Sunday, January 10, 2021 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., the Drive-thru Hampton Roads Food Drive 2021 will be held in the parking lot of O’Connor Brewery Co. in Norfolk, VA. Donations will benefit the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia/Eastern Shore to help thousands of Hampton Roads individuals and families whose food insecurity has been magnified recently and who are facing hunger. Make A Contactless Drive-Thru Donation: Participants dropping off bags or boxes of non-perishable food and other items can place donations in their trunk or backseat, and our volunteers will grab them for you. Companies, individuals, groups are welcome to contribute and drive-thru to donate as we join together to make a difference in our community. Urgent Needs: The Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia/Eastern Shore is in great need of lean canned protein (peanut butter, tuna, chicken, turkey, beans), canned fruits and vegetables, 100% fruit juices, whole grains (pasta, cereal, oatmeal, rice, crackers), boxed meals (soups, stews, canned pasta), baby products (formula, baby food, diapers, wipes), and personal hygiene items. Please Remember: All donations must be non-perishable foods, in non-breakable containers, have nutrition labels intact, and check the expiration dates if you are donating unused food from home or shopping for food to give. Acknowledgments: A special thanks go out to the owners and folks at O’Connor Brewery Co. in Norfolk for allowing us to use their parking lot for this event and business location to store all donations until delivery to the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia/Eastern Shore.
