5:30 to 6pm: Reception - We will kick things off with a glass of Chandon “By the Bay” Sparkling Wine.
6pm- 7pm: Seated seminar with 5 wines and 5 amazing bites!

Meet your hostsNick Weaver is a 17 year veteran of the wine & hospitality industry working across California & New York before landing in Denver.
He is a Level 2, Certified Sommelier and holds several other prestigious wine certifications: Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level 3 (WSET3) & holds a French Wine Scholar (FWS) award.
Currently Nick works for Breakthru Beverage in Colorado representing sales for the Moet Hennessy luxury wine & spirits portfolio. “I aim to make the world a better place through wine!” – Nick Weaver
Shelby Jonse is the founder of Wander + Graze and a supporter of local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
She founded W+G to celebrate local ingredients and create opportunities for the community to connect over food. Shelby and her husband are foster parents, and she regularly volunteers with Joshua Station, a housing program for families experiencing homelessness, and was a Refugee mentor with LFS.
When she’s not creating Grazing Boards, she enjoys gardening, pottery, and exploring the Denver culinary scene. Her favorite W+G board is the Rainbow Board.
