WARNING: THIS HAUNTED HOUSE MAY BE TOO INTENSE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10. GRAND OPENING OCT 1ST!! WE ARE OPEN EVERY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY FROM 8PM-MIGNIGHT. ALL THROUGH OCTOBER! Please confirm your date and time when purchasing. Your ticket is only valid on the date and time for the purchased ticket. Ticket Information: -Tickets are non-refundable -Tickets purchased from third parties or resellers will not be valid for entry -Please bring photo identification and credit card used to purchase this ticket to the event, as the venue reserves the right to require one, or both for entry -All guests must follow the rules and policies; failure to abide by rules and policies will result in removal from the event without refund. FAQ Is there an age limit? -We recommend Dark Hour for ages 10 & up. We do not allow anyone under the age of 5. Each guest must be able to walk on their own, not carried (we are wheelchair accessible). As a parent, please use your best discretion. Are you open if it’s raining? -YES. We are always open rain or shine. Dark Hour is 100% indoors and climate controlled with a large portion of the queue indoors during Halloween season. Are we wheelchair accessible? -Yes, although if unable to go downstairs at all then part of experience will have to be passed. Do you charge for parking? -No. We offer free covered parking in the same building as the haunted house. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in any reserved spots. How large of a group can enter the haunted house? -The maximum group size is 4 people, but please keep in mind that this is a timed show and we want to insure every paying customer gets the FULL experience. A WAIVER WILL BE REQUESTED FOR YOU TO SIGN AT WILL CALL FOR EACH PARTY OF YOUR GROUP.
