Sponsored by KC Strings, the Bel Canto Duo performs a variety of new compositions as well as a variety of crossover selections from film, opera and the classical genres. The duo was founded in 2016 by Darci Griffith Gamerl (oboe/English horn) and Grammy-nominated cellist, and looping pedal artist, David Downing. The Bel Canto Duo performs for variety of audiences and venues from their annual Summer Driveway Concert Series to museums, art galleries, weddings, and formal concert & recital series.
