Each time you come to the yoga mat, you create space...for greater connection to yourself, to the present, and to what you are truly seeking. This practice celebrates our essential human need for those deep connections. During our time together, you'll have space to explore two unique and engaging meditations, and close with a special yoga nidra. In this workshop, the weaving of these meditations will serve as a tool for an abundance of ease and calm, and as a conduit into the space within of amazing present awareness and clarity. ​ You may have tried meditation, or you may have an on-going practice. You may have heard it discussed in a way that came across as overly strict, perhaps a bit scary, maybe lonely, or unapproachable. You may have experienced this, but it doesn't have to be that way. There are so many amazing ways to tap into the meditation practice. Through exploration of meditation over the past two-decades, I've gathered together three meditations that offer support and guidance in addition to contemplation and quieting. I'd love you to join me! It'll be accessible and engaging, and there will be time for you to explore and experience for yourself the brilliance of meditation.
