This special event will take place at Hangar 24 on Friday, November 25th 2022 at 7 PM. Address: 17877 Von Karman Avenue, Irvine CA 92614 Your tickets include the following: Hors d'oeuvres (appetizers)Reserved spacing at Hangar 24Quality time with your old classmates and teachers!Feel free to purchase additional tickets to register your significant other, close friend, or special date! Since this event is fully funded by the amount of tickets we sell, we are crowdsourcing to see if anyone from the Class of 2012 is interested in helping supply items (e.g., tables, microphone, etc.) for our event. Additionally, we're hoping to gauge interest in networking/promoting business opportunities at the reunion. No, in order to keep the cost low and increase attendance, the ticket does not include beverages. With that said, the venue has a large selection of beers, wine and spirits that can be purchased during the event. Is there free parking available? Yes - there is a large parking lot. You will collect a ticket as you enter, but the venue will validate your ticket during the event. Is there a dress code? There is no dress code for this event. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! Are the event organizers profiting from this event? No - all proceeds will go towards our event expenses (space rental, food/beverage, etc). Any additional proceeds will be donated to the StandUp For Kids, Orange County non-profit What should I bring? Please bring your ID, your EventBrite confirmation, and party vibes! Can I bring a date? Yes! We encourage you to bring a plus one to share the joy that comes with seeing your peers from high school! Please note plus one's will also need their own individual ticket. Can I bring my child/pet? We hope to make this reunion all about our peers! With that, we kindly request that you leave the kiddos and pets at home with the sitter so that you can make the most of your evening! The venue does allow service animals, if you have one! Can I still attend if I didn't graduate in the Class of 2012? We're an all-inclusive bunch. If you didn't graduate in the Class of 2012, but were a peer of ours at Beckman High School, we still welcome your attendance! Will ticket prices increase? Yes - as we get closer to the event, we will increase ticket prices. Here's the breakdown: Now - 8/31: $20.129/1 - 9/30: $2510/1 - 11/25: $30At the Door: $35What precautions are we taking for COVID? Your safety is our #1 priority. We have reserved a combined indoor and outdoor space for your comfort, and will have extra face masks and hand sanitizer available.
