Building maintenance technician needed ASAP. General daily maintenance duties at a car dealership. Duties include: Maintaining the building facility, keeping restrooms clean, filling supplies, floors, mechanics maintenance areas, light painting, using floor machine (walk behind) and other light duties. Other general duties specified by management. Hours are: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (Must show up to work on time, every day!) "General building maintenance experience preferred".
