In Yin Yoga, we explore the confinements of our own minds and bodies. Where are your edges? Can you soften those edges and push beyond your own typical limits?
Yin Yoga is the practice of delving deeper into the tissues of our ligaments, joints, bones, and fascial networks. This is the counterpart and complement of our "typical" Yang flow class where we work with warming only the muscles.

Please bring your own mat and blanket. Blocks and straps will be provided.
