CRAVE leaders (Paula Rodriguez, Linda Temple, John Eastlick) are raising money for the CRAVE kids to experience the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum next summer (2023). Tamales will be sold by the dozen and will be ready for pick up on Nov 4th. You can order pork filling with red sauce or chicken filling with green sauce. The cost is $18/doz and can be paid with credit (with additional processing fee) OR at pick-up with cash/check. Anyone wishing to make additional donations to the cause will be invited to do so the day of pick-up. Ark Encounter and Creation Museum are located in Williamstown, KY. Both exhibits will allow our youth to further dive into their faith and gain more understanding of Biblical teachings. The trip will be 5 days and 4 nights. Money raised through this fundraiser will cover entrance and travel fees. Unfamiliar with tamales? Get ready to excite your taste buds! A shredded filling is encased in a soft corn dough flavored with mild red chiles. The tamales are then wrapped in corn husks and steamed. One dozen tamales will be bagged up for you to each fresh or you can freeze them for later. The tamales are easily microwavable or can be reheated in the oven. Simply remove the corn husk before enjoying.
