Following the autumn equinox and new moon in Libra, this class will reconnect you to your heart flame so you can release fears, harmonize relationships, and courageously live through your heart’s wisdom. During group hypnosis you’ll enter into a deeply relaxed state & be guided through a series of visualizations that assist you in safely releasing trauma stored in your energy field. This includes regression to beliefs and past versions of self that are ready to be healed. What to Bring * Yoga mat (we have a few extra to provide if you don't have one available to you) * Blanket, pillow, & eye covering * Water * Try to wear warm, loose, & cozy clothing :) About Your Practitioner Sofia provides trauma-informed group and 1:1 hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, intuitive , and mindfulness classes. She loves to write, play in nature, and live through my heart.
