Create an eye-catching "paddle" for serving a 4- or 5-glass flight of craft brew beers, wines, or any sort of beverage! During this two-day class, students will learn techniques for cutting strips of contrasting woods and gluing them together to make the paddle. (These same techniques are also popular for making the distinctive racing stripe and pinstriped patterns of strip-cut cutting boards!)
