One of the annual joys of summer is listening to live music outdoors. Yuba Sutter Arts is pleased to announce the return of “Courtyard Concerts.” Your host will be singer/songwriter, Tom Galvin, who has invited several local musicians to be a part of the program. The music will include popular rock music covers, selections from the folk music repertoire and even some original music. Performances will be held in the courtyard between the Yuba Sutter Arts art gallery and the Burrows Theater right next to the Joaquina Calvo Johnson Memorial Rose Garden. You will also be able to experience the “Umbrella Sky” art installation which serves to provide shade during events.
