When we engague with and assimilate to the seasons, we can live in greater balance and equinimity. within ourselves. Each direction holds plant teachings and plants associated with that direction, an archetype, an element, and Qi Gong practices to balance and amplify that element. She has been Matthew Wood's apprentice for the past 5 years, and has spent much time alone in isolation, fasting with a single plant in both the Amazon jungle and Appalachian forests; learning to communicate with the spirits of nature, the soul of plants, and the guidance of her own heart as healing medicine. Jeannie McKennzie guides people in experiencing greater joy and pressence in their lives through Energy Medicine sessions, Sound Journeys, and Qi Gong classes. She has been offering Qi Gong and Plant Sensing workshops for over 20 years and delights with her participants in the messages that come forward with this deep listening.
