The highly anticipated group sessions with At or Above Life are beginning this month! These events will be held once a week on Saturday morning on Junipero Beach and various fitness zones around the city of Long Beach. We will be completing an engaging full body workout that not only reverse the effects of sedentary lifestyle but also reintroduce our bodies with ADL (Activities of Daily Living) motion .
