A Night in Mae's Closet is a special event supporting and celebrating The Auxiliary's exceptional fundraising efforts and combining it with our signature fun, food, wine and glamour! It is more than just charitable Holiday shopping, it is truly about bridging the timeless with the timely , encouraging the merging of generations through fashion and philanthropy, and showcasing the best of what we can all do when we come together for a cause we all collectively love and support. The way it works is simple; You purchase a ticket for either General Admission or Early Bird Admission which allows you 15 extra minutes of shopping prior to the General Admission. You are required to donate one item but may donate up to 3. However, your ticket allows for only one item to be swapped no matter how many you bring for donation. We will have a separate "for purchase" area for some of the extra donated items at the event. If you do choose to bring more than one item, the event's curators will help you decide what will be included in the swap and which items will be "for purchase" the evening of the event. Prior to the event you are required to drop off your donation(s) and it will be uploaded to the ONIMG website. There you will be able to browse the selections of items that people have donated and determine what you'd like to acquire on the evening of the event! Swap-worthy items include: Jackets, clothing, lightly worn shoes, handbags, hats, jewelry, scarves, unopened beauty products, belts, and small art pieces. ---Fun Extras--- Victuals & Libations: Hana Lee Sedgwick; writer, journalist, sommelier, and super mom, will be curating an exclusive wine menu that celebrates and accentuates all that our beautiful wine country terroirs have to offer. We will also be pouring beautiful TWHollister& Co Vermut cocktails as well as serving light bites to keep you satiated throughout the evening. RAFFLE: Everyone who purchases a ticket will automatically be entered to win an exclusively curated Santa Barbara County Gift Basket featuring some of SB's finest local goods! Keep the Party Going: Everyone who purchases a ticket will be given a 10% off voucher from Montecito Restaurant Coast & Olive. This offer is valid from Nov 3 to Dec 31, 2022.
