Warrior Camp is a bootcamp style workout for everyone, men and women, of all fitness levels. Exercises using body weight to dumbells kettlebells & barbells will be incorporated in this workout. Then right after bootcamp the deadlift PR party begins for anyone wanting to test your strength while being cheered on by everyone.
