Description

Who is your podcast for? One of the key components of an effective podcast pitch is providing a clear sense of who your target audience is. In this session, Hana Baba, co-host of The Stoop, will help you think through who you want to reach and why. This is the first session of a 4-part series on how to make your podcast pitch, from KQED Podcasts and PRX Podcast Garage. Join us in person at KQED's SF headquarters to hear from podcast experts, followed by a mixer on the roof terrace over small bites with fellow podcasters, audio makers, and storytellers! Light refreshments will be served! Doors open at 6:00pm, event starts at 6:30pm. This is an in-person event and will not be livestreamed. Proof of vaccination will be required upon entry and all attendees are required to wear masks inside the KQED building. Masks are optional on the roof terrace.
