I activate & open your Heart Chakra for greater expansion & healing. We then spend time in our opened heart energy sending love & healing to all of our relationships & self. This is a beautiful meditation for spending more time with your essense & getting to know yourself on a deeper level. Bring with you a stone you feel deeply connected to, or any love stone that you have (rose quartz, rhodonite, pink opal, mangono calcite, ruby, garnet etc). Also bring a journal if you'd like take notes at the end.
