The Hill Collaborative Voices (a Registered Community Organization - RCO) and The Hill Consensus Group, two groups that represent the Hill District, will review and grade the Lower Hill Redevelopment Team on Block E, in accordance with the Greater Hill District Master Plan. The Buccini/Pollin Group & The Lower Hill Redevelopment Team will be presenting "Block E,” a 900-space parking garage and music venue and an amendment to the approved Preliminary Land Development Plan (PLDP) for the Lower Hill site.
