I have no place to house him until Monday when the shelter opens but I found this guy chained up outside a friends neighbors house. He was starving and thirsty as could be but I gave him food and water and cleaned up what I could around the little area he has to move but I need to find him somewhere or I won’t be sleeping tonight. Please help
