GROUP 1: WEIGHT LIFITNG 101- Beginner friendly weight training class. Learn the basics of weight lifting! We will be learning to lift with correct form. Be prepared to barbell squat, deadlift, bench press and hip thrust. We suggest eating 120-60 minutes before class. FOOD IS FUEL! We also recommend starting your mobilty stretches and doing them daily leading up to the event. Once you purchase your ticket you will recieve an email including suggested stretches and pre workout meal ideas.
TIME SLOT: 11:00AM-1:00PM
GROUP 2: DEADLIFT PARTY- WEIGHT TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THE "DEADLIFT PARTY". This class was created to give fitness enthusiast a chance to network and connect with like minded women. This is your chance to connect with the lifting community in your city! We will be deadlfiting, squatting and hip thrusting. Come hit a new PR while being surrounded and encourged by motivated lifters like you! You may meet a new work out buddy, trainer, or client!
TIME SLOT: 2:00-4:00PM
Classes will be hosted by fitness enthusiast @ArrianaBey and co instructed by CTC owner & personal trainer Sam Tranks.
each class has a 2 hour duration and each ticket includes 1 t-shirt, 1 pair of weight lifting gloves, and 1 water.
