I am a professional metal sculptor looking for an artist/creative to share 250-300 sq ft of my 800 sq ft studio for $950/mo + utilities. The space is solidly built with 11' ceilings and concrete floors, located in the Trestle Building. The space for rent includes a portion of the front room, part of the main open studio and two windows. My moderate process involves MIG welding and mostly hand machines so an artist with a compatible process would be ideal. I am in the studio evenings and weekends. Please contact me for more details.
