Join us for the Villages CDC fall fundraiser at the Historic Frederick Stearns House in the heart of West Village. We will have music, drinks (one complimentary per ticket and cash bar thereafter), appetizers and tours at this lovingly restored mansion that has been converted into a bed and breakfast. Donors will have the opportunity to meet community leaders and members of our board and staff. We will have a silent auction and we will give an overview of our housing stabilization program as well as the launch of its second round, which we are calling Keep It In the Family. All proceeds from this event will go towards funding the continuation of Keep It In the Family in order to help residents stay in their homes and preserve them as vehicles for the creation of intergenerational wealth.
