Description

Youth will be stationed throughout the market to distribute information on community health resources to attendees on behalf of Live HealthSmart Alabama. Please dress comfortably for the weather and wear comfortable shoes! Bring your best attitudes and be ready to make a difference in someone's life who may desperate need the information you are giving. A signed waiver (by parent or legal guardian) is required for this event. Please return to [email protected] or print and bring with you to the event. Two Shifts will be avaiable - 7am - 9:30am , and 9:30am - 12noon. The shifts are indicated in this registration as two different tickets. Please only sign up for the shift you plan to work.
