will the gun violence here ever end? i’ve lived here for 3 years, and have witnessed more than one person get shot on portland state’s campus, and have heard stories of knife/threatening violence with nothing more than an e-mail about campus therapy resources afterwards. hundreds of shootings taking place amongst rich white peoples homes would change the narrative. when it’s in public parks, and the streets, and urban universities it’s seen as an unfixable emerging “crisis”. feed your community, hold your loved ones, it’s bone chilling out here!
