She is a Registered Nurse named Donna. I responded to her CL post at the beginning of the pandemic, and we bantered about for months via email. She was my muse, and I wrote a song about her, which she appreciated, and our dialogue continued. As the pandemic lockdown extended,  her responses grew farther apart.  When she didn't respond for 2 weeks, I sent another email and she returned a note quickly, apologizing for her delayed response. Eventually,  she stopped replying, and never initiated contact, so I let her go As California reopened, I tried to touch base, and learned her email was no longer active. Didn't exist anymore It's been a year since, and I tried again yesterday, and was reminded the email account was no more. She's gone. In the wind. I would like to know what happened to her. Did she move, or just move on from our dialogue? You see, she doesn't know it, but she saved my life. I never discussed it with her, but I had given up on everything, and wanted to end it. She brought me back, I wanted to be alive again. So I want to know if she is still around, so I can thank her. If she moved out of California (who could blame her) I'd be happy to know she escaped. If she got sick and didn't survive the lockdown, I would like to pay my respects Her name is Donna. She's a Registered Nurse. She has blue eyes.
