Description

I am a 42 year old singer ( I can not play any instruments ) and I am looking for an ELECTRIC GUITARIST ( who can sing harmonies ) to start a minimalist duo that may or may not eventually add additional members or maybe electronic elements. Here is a link of some of my songs: https://m.soundcloud.com/foxbelievesinghosts The first song ( happily ever after. ) was from an old band I was in in Philly and I think it’s the best example of how I’m singing right now / how I’d like to sing in whatever I manage to get started. The other 2 songs a friend in Denver helped me record to use to try to get people interested in starting a band and maybe having 2 songs we could play around with to make them better fit the idea / use as a starting point. Some songs that influenced the idea of ( mostly just ) electric guitar and singing are: frnkiero andthe cellabration - stage 4 fear of trying https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4EWCAWR1MQg Manchester Orchestra - I Can Feel a Hot One https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOPUNhgLL-A Night Terrors of 1927 - When You Were Mine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gn44P7DJ8QA Death Cab For Cutie - The Ice Is Getting Thinner https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gxx6K5tIuOc Bush - Bonedriven https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPCmywLi04Y Slowdive - Sugar for the Pill https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tWhPv2U6aQ Ruler - Keep Moving https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJa2YJ0_xIY Foo Fighters - Everlong (Live At Wembley Stadium, 2008) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWU33fvPxd0 Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y8AWFf7EAc4
