A man in a red minivan picked my dog up on Epworth Church Rd at approx 5:00pm sept 24. stopped at my next door neighbors house and asked her if it was her dog.. She said no and he told her he lived near by..I hope he can see this and call me at . Cookie was without tags as she just got out of the bath. She has systemic ringworm and staff infection and needs medication. Also a bladder infection. She was outside for five minutes with my other dog and had not left the property in some time. I went out to put her collar on and she was gone.
