I am selling my condo and I need to get some small carpentry work done. I had a leak under my kitchen sink and it warped the wood underneath it. Enclosed is a picture of the damage that the leak did. I want to make underneath my kitchen cabinet presentable to a potential buyer. If you could, please tell me an estimate on how much you would charge to fix this problem. Also it would be nice but not necessary if you could send some pictures of similar quality work that you have done.
