Commercial Property Services of New Mexico provides property maintenance services in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. Job Title: Pressure Washer Overview: Visit assigned properties 2 - 3 nights per week to provide pressure washing services. Compensation: Starts at $13.25/hr, negotiable based on experience. Employment Type: Part Time - Shift starts at 8PM and last 6 - 8 hours. Pressure washing generally occurs 2 - 3 nights per week (weather permitting). Job Duties: Pressure wash commercial properties using commercial pressure washing equipment. Leave the area in a clean state. Minor maintenance of pressure washing equipment. Driving pickup truck with trailer. Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have a track record of being dependable.
