33yr old guitarist looking for other musicians to start a band with. I have over twenty years experience playing guitar, and singing. Some of my influences are; John Dyer Baizely (Baroness), Mike Mushok (Staind), Matt Beaulie (Trivium), Rob Flynn (Machine Head), Tim McIllrath (Rise Against), Stephen Carpenter (Deftones), Chris Stapleton, and Zac Brown. Ideally I like to find a group of guys or gals around the same age to jam out on the weekends, if we end up getting decent enough to play shows, cool. Even better if we could record or at least go out on the road two weeks outta the year. I'm 420 friendly and dont mind if you drink, but for the sake of sanity I will not deal with anyone who does hard drugs! No ifs ands or butts. I care more bout music than anyone elses habits. Last but not least, if you made it this far. I'm primarily only looking for drummers and bassists. I can't stand other guitar players. Most are too loud or don't know when not to play. Don't even get me started on egos, but who am I right? Im not opposed to playing with another guitar player, they just gotta be able to know volume dynamics, and when to rest.
